Mad Square Movie Review: Time-Pass Comedy or Bore-Fest?

Story in Short:

It is the sequel of “Mad” (2023) in which Laddu (Vishnu Oi) and his friends again indulge in frolic

In the first half, there is fun of Laddu’s wedding, in the second half, there is a funny robbery in Goa

But the story is absolutely simple – just an attempt has been made to make people laugh

What is good?

Vishnu Oi’s Comedy style – This Lakda pulls the film with its jokes

Some solid jokes in the first half – I laughed in the wedding scenes

The climax is a bit emotional – I liked the message of friendship

What’s the harm?

The second half gets boring – there is less comedy and more confusion in the Goa part

Sunil and other actors were wasted – they did not get good scenes

It was not as much fun as the original Mad – you will understand if you compare it with the first film

Final Verdict:

If you want time-pass comedy then you can watch it

But keep your expectations – this Mad is not that crazy

It is best to watch it on OTT, you can waste money in the theatre
