Actor Manoj Bharathiraja dies suddenly due to heart attack – age only 48 years|

Famous Tamil director Bharathiraja’s son and actor Manoj Bharathiraja died of a heart attack on Tuesday in Chennai. He was only 48 years old.

What happened?

Nadihar Sangam (actors association) confirmed on Twitter:

“Director Bharathiraja’s son Manoj Bharathiraja passed away due to heart attack”

Manoj made his debut as a lead actor with his own directed film Taj Mahal

In the past few years, he was doing supporting roles in Tamil films

In 2023, he also made his debut as a director with the film Margazhi Thingal

His last film was Prime Video’s Snakes & Ladders
