India Masters created history by winning the inaugural International Masters League (IML) 2025 title! They defeated West Indies Masters by 6 wickets in the grand finale, reminding us of the golden era of cricket. India Masters, led by Sachin Tendulkar, displayed a clinical all-round performance and defeated Brian Lara’s West Indies Masters in front of 50,000 fans at the SVNS International Stadium. Along with this title-clinching victory, Tendulkar’s team also won stunning prize money.

West Indies Masters made a score of 148/7, chasing which India Masters started with an opening partnership of 67 runs between Tendulkar (25) and Ambati Rayudu (74). Tendulkar entertained the fans with his signature cover drives and flicks while Rayudu defeated the West Indies bowlers with his attacking approach. Tendulkar made 25 runs in 18 balls but Tino Best’s sharp silverery ended his innings.
Rayudu helped India Masters reach the target with his aggressive batting. He scored fifty in 34 balls and shared a 28-run partnership with Gurkeerat Singh Mann (14). After Mann’s dismissal, Yuvraj Singh (13 not out) batted amid loud cheers. West Indies spinners dismissed Rayudu (74) and Yusuf Pathan, but Stuart Binny (16 not out) hit two big sixes to end the match in India’s favour.
