RCB vs DC Match Recap: Rahul’s brilliant innings gave Delhi their fourth win|

KL Rahul’s 93* innings and Kuldeep-Vipraj’s superb bowling together gave Delhi Capitals (DC) another win – this time against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), at their home ground M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
With this win, DC made a perfect start with continuous wins in the first four matches of IPL 2025, but RCB has not won a single match at home yet.
RCB Batting – Tez Start, Fir Wickets Ki Barsaat
RCB had a very good start, Phil Salt hit Mitchell Starc in the third over and scored 30 runs in one over. RCB had scored 64/2 in the powerplay but after that everything went wrong.
Salt’s run out became the turning point of the match. Kuldeep and Vipraj together slowed down the game in the middle overs. Virat Kohli, Patidar, Jitesh – all were out one by one. And in the last overs Tim David scored a quick 37* runs and helped RCB cross 160. Final score was: RCB – 163/7 (20 overs)
DC Bowling – Kuldeep & Vipraj Ka Kamal
Kuldeep Yadav took 2 wickets for 17 runs in 4 overs and Vipraj Nigam took 2 wickets for 18 runs in 4 overs. Both together choked the idle order of RCB. Created pressure in every over and stopped boundaries. The result was that after 4 overs RCB scored only 74/7 till 18 overs – this was the game changing moment of the match.
DC Batting – KL Rahul did an easy chase
Chase was not easy for DC. DC had created pressure by losing 3 wickets in the beginning. But then KL Rahul came. And scored a good innings of 93* runs in only 53 balls. After that he got solid support from Tristan Stubbs as well, he scored 38* runs. Both of them had a partnership of 111 runs. Due to which DC was able to chase easily.
Final Score: DC – 169/4 (17.5 overs)
Result: DC won by 6 wickets

Delhi Capitals will now play their first home match on April 13 against Mumbai Indians at Arun Jaitley Stadium.
RCB will also go to Rajasthan Royals on 13th April to take on RR, where it will also be their first home match of the season.
