Toss Update: Delhi Capitals Opt to Bowl Against UP Warriorz

Delhi Capitals captain Meg Lanning won the toss and decided to bowl first against UP Warriorz in Bengaluru. The trend of WPL 2025 has seen captains consistently opting to chase, with all seven matches this season being won by teams batting second.

Coming off a victory against the same opponent in Vadodara, Delhi Capitals have made no changes to their playing XI. Meanwhile, UP Warriorz, led by Deepti Sharma, have made one change—bringing in seamer Saima Thakor in place of left-arm spinner Rajeshwari Gayakwad. As a result, Sri Lanka captain Chamari Athapaththu remains on the bench.

UP Warriorz are yet to register a win in this edition of the tournament, while Delhi Capitals have won two out of their three matches so far.
